Job Description:
The HR Counselor interacts with the employees of our clients and captures their feedback. They use unbiased, nonjudgmental conversation techniques that help in understanding the truth at a granular level. This in turn forms the basis for root cause analysis of challenges and designing targeted solutions.
Conduct Exit interviews to understand root cause of attrition
Conduct E-Sat surveys to understand employee feedback and identify satisfiers and dis-satisfiers
Conduct other Engagement Surveys as per client requirement
Document the information captured in the system.
Flag outliers, create a document of the anomalies captured.
Escalate all issues to the Team Leads
Qualifications :
B.A./M.A. Psychology or
M.B.A HR or
PGD in HR
Competencies :
Fluency in Written & Verbal Communication in English
Oral Fluency in any 1 regional Language.
Typing 30 wpm.
Listening & Probing skills.
Decision Making skills
Time Management (12 18 interviews)

Working conditions:
May be required to work weekends if needed. Comp offs will be provided to those employees who work on weekends.
Salary: INR 2,00,000 – 4,00,000 P.A.
