1. Process Executive – Job Responsibilities:
Knowledge of print / digital media is preferable.
Comprehend, interpret and assess news stories based on specified client requirement briefs
Interpreting / Scoring of news articles (e.g. by topic, importance, prominence, sentiment)
Stay up-to-date with relevant news to ensure full coverage of core subject areas (e.g.: finance, consumer, retail, etc.)
Be able to work autonomously as well as in a team and ensuring all work is completed to deadlines are completed
2. Senior Process Executive – Job Responsibilities:
Comprehend, interpret and assess news stories based on specified client requirement briefs
Interpreting / Scoring of news articles (e.g. by topic, importance, prominence, sentiment)
Follow specified quality checks to ensure that output produced meet required standards
Stay up-to-date with relevant news to ensure full coverage of core subject areas (e.g.: finance, consumer, retail, etc.)
Be able to work autonomously as well as in a team and ensuring all work is completed to deadlines are completed
3. Subject Matter Expert – Job Responsibilities:
Comprehend, interpret and assess news stories based on specified client requirement briefs
Interpreting / Scoring of news articles (e.g. by topic, importance, prominence, sentiment)
Follow specified quality checks to ensure that output produced meet required standards
Stay up-to-date with relevant news to ensure full coverage of core subject areas (e.g.: finance, consumer, retail, etc.)
Be able to work autonomously as well as in a team and ensuring all work is completed to deadlines are completed
Assist with development of standard reports that visually represent results
Collaborate and be extended member of Media monitoring and Insight report writing team
Train & Cross-train new members of the team
Multi-sector knowledge would be an added advantage
4. Team Leader – Job Responsibilities:
Experienced in leading a team of analysts/ associates involved in comprehending and interpreting news articles and assisting in creating insightful reports
Stay up-to-date with relevant news to ensure full coverage of core subject areas (e.g.: finance, consumer, retail, etc.)
Self-motivated individual who is able to guide, assist and lead team members to perform and meet targets on a consistent basis
Ability to handle large volumes of information and meet tight deadlines
Building a high-performing, motivated team that can deliver on targets
Provide training and mentoring analysts/ associates on validating and producing high quality summaries
Provide consistent feedback to the team members and guiding them in filling up gaps in the performance
Respond to queries from management and client quickly, clearly and courteously
Demonstrated strong interpersonal and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as a team leader including the ability to handle conflicting priorities in a multitasking environment.
5. Team Manager Job Responsibilities:
Provide overall management support for the assigned teams via close coordination with Team leads
Writing high complexity editorial summaries of content from selected news items and data
Preparing tailored reports for specific events
Responsible for the delivery and performance of services as required by the client and will be available during clients specified business hours to respond to their representatives.
Experienced in leading a team of analysts/ associates involved in comprehending and interpreting news articles and assisting in creating insightful reports
Identify gaps in search strings to identify relevant news items
Understanding of legal issues, such as copyright, privacy and website accessibility
Self-motivated individual who is able to guide, assist and lead team members to perform and meet targets on a consistent basis
Ability to handle large volumes of information and meet tight deadlines
Stay up-to-date with relevant news to ensure full coverage of core subject areas (e.g.: finance, consumer, retail, etc.)
Manage queries that will arise both internally & from clients/vendor management teams
As per SLA, deliver timely output with a stringent focus on quality
Provide the senior management team with accurate and informative data and reports on current workloads, quality standards and escalate any issues
Building a high-performing, motivated team that can deliver on targets
Provide consistent feedback to the team members and guiding them in filling up gaps in the performance

6. Service Delivery Manager – Job Responsibilities:
In-depth knowledge of Media Monitoring process across various sectors involved in monitoring, categorizing, validating and summarizing national and international media news on daily basis
Provide overall management support for the assigned teams via close coordination with Team Managers
Should be updated with current affairs, global trends
Manage queries that will arise from both internally & client vendor management team
Ability to handle multiple teams across sectors
As per SLA, ensure timely delivery of output with a stringent focus on quality
Understand full scope of work for all assigned associate roles and management structure
Extend overall management support for the assigned teams via close coordination with Team Managers including oversight of training of assigned associates, conduct appraisals, provide review and feedback to team members on their ongoing performance
Track and monitor performance and service levels, operations details such as volume, productivity, performance metrics (SLAs, TATs, % Adherence to spend and performance targets, qualitative CSAT data)
Meet with Clients Vendor Management team weekly (or as agreed otherwise), to review daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly status reporting across key metrics and KPIs, as well as any emerging issues, if any
Ensure support structure is provided in terms of training, policy, quality etc. and ensures smooth flow of communication with Client vendor management team
Other Skills Required:
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is a must
Market Research, Analytics or Competitive Intelligence background is desired
Familiarity with UK and Ireland news media landscape is an added advantage
Strong attention to detail & ability to read instructions and follow directions
Skills in planning and prioritization, detail orientation and results focused
